Proven success in outside ales within building materials, construction products, flooring, tiling, or related industries. Experience working with flooring or tile installation systems is preferred Strong relationship-building and business development skills Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply product systems in real-world applications Effective presentation and communication skills, including training and demonstration experience Practical problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment Aligns with our company values; Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging.
