Business Systems Analyst Senior

Job Title Required Experience & Technical Qualifications: 10 years of experience working within U.S. National Security, defense, or law enforcement communities. 10 years’ experience with U.S. National Security IC mission sets with at least 3 years of national security policy and government case management experience. Minimum 8 years’ experience analyzing data, written/verbal information, and processes to assess risks and formulate recommendations which align with organizational goals. Min. 8 years’ experience of leading in place and coordination support of complex programs and/or multiple projects. Min. 8 years’ experience and a demonstrated knowledge of IT practices and principles including: IT Life-cycle management/IT Governance Systems development life-cycle Agile software development methodologies Requirements elicitation and management Min. 8 years’ experience conflict resolution as well as translating and communicating complex IT subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences. Min. 5 years’ experience using JIRA, MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint. Min. 5 years’ experience writing reports, briefing, and providing presentations. Preferred Experience & Technical Qualifications Bachelors and/or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related computer science technical degree. Min. 8 years’ experience with National Security operations and USIC functions, roles, and components, including the intelligence cycle. Min. 8 years’ experience with National Security mission sets, FISA policy, and case management. Min. 8 years’ experience with IC mission sets, FISA policy, and case management. Possess relevant certifications, such as ITIL, AGILE Product Owner, Project Management (CAPM/PMP), and/or CBAP. Min. 6 years’ experience with data related issues such as ETL processes, storage, access controls, indexing, entity extraction/resolution, analysis, and sharing.
