Shuttle Driver | Weekends Off | North Katy

Job Title: Shuttle Driver Location: 3838 N Fry Rd, Katy TX 77449 Job Overview As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable. Responsibilities Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers Providing a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guests in our branded company shuttle vehicle Keeps a timely shuttle route Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed Notifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Keep the shuttle tidy and organized Follow all safety policies and procedures Check in and Check out guests Make call backs and satisfaction surveys to guests Other duties as assigned Applicants will drive our branded shuttle vehicle for this position Qualifications Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guests Valid state driver's license Meet required insurance driving record parameters Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Bilingual English/Spanish Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
