• Use advanced sourcing strategies to find qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, producing actionable insights to improve selection outcomes.
• Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Apply persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to recruit and onboard prospective contributors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
• Contribute subject matter and recruiting expertise to help create high-quality training data for AI systems.

• Required skills: sourcing, talent acquisition, resume screening, interviewing, knowledge of job markets, and sales or consultative engagement abilities.
• Preferred: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Experience working remotely and independently managing deliverables.
