Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to serve residential and commercial customers across the greater Phoenix area.
As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer with an A+ BBB rating, we take pride in delivering top-quality service and a great customer experience.
Responsibilities :
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork)
Perform installations and preventative maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended repairs
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site
Accurately document work and complete paperwork
Qualifications :
2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA 608 certification (NATE certification a plus)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
