Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate families on care plans and discharge instructions

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• BLS and NRP certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience preferred
