Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with up to a 6% company match Holiday pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Oversees daily Quality Control operations, ensuring timely review, inspection, and release activities while balancing customer commitments, departmental priorities, and business objectives Develops, monitors, and communicates area performance metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, operational visibility, and continuous improvement Responsible for effective resource planning by identifying capacity constraints, operational risks and future resource requirements to support projected increases in production volume and organization growth. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control processes, procedures, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, record keeping practices, and scalability. Supervises and encourages personnel through coaching, performance management, succession planning, training, and employee development Leads investigations related to quality events, nonconformances, and process deviations by facilitating root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions through cross-functional collaboration. Partners with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Logistics, and other stakeholders to remove operational barriers, improve throughput, and optimize movement of product through the quality system. Pa Oversees personnel management including scheduling, staffing, PTO management, workload prioritization, and cross-training to ensure business continuity and promoting employee wellness Supports internal audits, regulatory inspections, customer audits, and compliance activities by ensuring records, documentation, and processes maintain inspection readiness Conducts regular team meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions to align personnel with business objectives, department goals, and customer requirements Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 3+ years of experience in quality in a regulated environment 2+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience Certification N/A Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Process Improvement Methodologies Project Management Proficient in Quality Management System (QMS) software Aseptic Technique and Sterile Consciousness Recognizes variables that could affect test results Travel N/A SAFETY Physical Requirement Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.) More about Evergen: Evergen provides customers across a diverse set of market segments with leading-edge expertise, scale, and flexibility across end-to-end services including design, development, regulatory support, verification and validation, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
