HR Recruiter

Job Position: HR Recruiter

Location: VALDOSTA, GA 31601

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Shift: 8am-5pm

Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment sources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws during the hiring process.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and supporting their transition into the organization.


Qualifications & Requirements
Must have proven experience as a Recruiter for both manufacturing and office positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with job posting platforms and professional networking sites.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Understanding of basic employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- General computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
