Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead audit and tax preparation processes, partnering with external firms
• Oversee inventory accounting and support operational teams with financial insights
• Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements
• Supervise Assistant Controller and accounting/admin staff
• Collaborate with yard managers and leadership to analyze and communicate financial performance

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong audit and tax preparation background
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
