Entry-Level IT Support Analyst

Providing essential support for endpoint technology, the full-time Entry-Level IT Support Analyst will resolve incoming support requests related to device encryption, identity management, and audio-visual technology, primarily through phone calls, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Resolve support requests involving device encryption, account access, and Unified Communications issues Document ticket information and follow up with customers as necessary Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and develop the knowledge base for IT support Required qualifications An Associate's degree in computer science or a related field; OR Two years of computer support experience; OR An equivalent combination of training and/or experience
