Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

Guidehouse

Guidehouse is seeking a CDI Specialist to conduct comprehensive clinical chart reviews and ensure documentation supports accurate DRG assignments. You will collaborate with coders, educators, case managers, and providers to maintain compliance with CMS and regulatory standards. Daily inpatient chart reviews and timely physician queries are key components of the role. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of direct patient care, plus 2+ years CDI experience and familiarity with #J-18808-Ljbffr
