Vice President - Association Banking

Position Overview

Seeking a banking professional to drive deposit and loan growth through relationship development networking and business development efforts within the association/property management banking sector. This role focuses on building strong client partnerships identifying new market opportunities and delivering high-quality financial solutions and customer service.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow business relationships and expand market presence
• Build referral networks and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and centers of influence
• Generate deposit and loan growth while supporting overall business objectives
• Stay informed on industry trends banking technology and client service improvements
• Provide consultative support to clients regarding banking and treasury management solutions
• Ensure exceptional client service and relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5 years of experience in banking treasury management or business development
• Strong record of achieving sales and growth targets
• Knowledge of banking operations regulations and financial products

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ACH lockbox remote deposit and online banking platforms
• Understanding of the property management industry and related regulations
• Strong communication organizational and client relationship skills
