Job Overview Delivery Management Lead focused on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality IT services, guiding teams, fostering customer relationships, and driving innovation within contractual frameworks. Key Responsibilities Ensure customers receive top‑notch service within contractual framework. Inspire and guide a team of experts to deliver high‑quality and reliable IT services. Align solutions with evolving customer business needs through deep knowledge of services and customer businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate closely with Delivery Partners. Own technical and managerial support for field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject‑matter experts, and product support personnel. Provide swift support for troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, ensuring smooth system operation. Co‑create, design, deploy, and maintain reliable, available, and future‑proof systems and services together with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs. Drive customer success and contribute to shaping the technological landscape of the organization and industry. Core Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers. Sound knowledge of relevant competencies, managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors. Experience leading teams through incident, problem, and change management, and root‑cause analysis. Ability to partner with Delivery Partners and SREs to generate positive customer outcomes. AIOps hands‑on knowledge and an automation‑and‑innovation‑oriented mindset. Direct and constant interaction with customers. Empowering delivery resource manager fostering growth. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications. Compensation The U.S. base salary range is $100,080 – $190,080 for a full‑time schedule. Location‑specific ranges include California (San Francisco Bay Area) $120,120 – $228,000; California (All Other) $110,040 – $209,040; Colorado $100,080 – $190,080; Massachusetts $100,080 – $209,040; New York City $120,120 – $228,000; Washington $110,040 – $209,040; Washington DC $110,040 – $209,040.
