Machine Operator / Lumber Yard
Marathon Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator / Lumber Yard position in Schertz, TX . We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including people of all genders, backgrounds, and abilities.
What you’ll do
- Operate and monitor equipment used in lumber yard and production activities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials safely
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform basic quality checks and report issues to a supervisor
- Support day-to-day yard operations to keep work flowing
What we’re looking for
- Comfort working in a hands-on, outdoor/industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Willingness to learn equipment and yard processes
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
