Fractional CIO / IT Executive Advisor

Hackley Community Care, a 300-employee Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Michigan, is seeking an experienced healthcare IT executive to provide fractional CIO and advisory support during an upcoming IT leadership transition. The organization’s long‑standing IT Director has completed an internal evaluation of current systems and operations. We are now seeking an independent external IT leader to provide executive‑level validation, strategic guidance, and recruitment support as we prepare for this transition.
