The Role

We’re looking to add a strong line cook to our team.

This is a hands-on position working closely with ownership and our head chef. The focus is simple: cook well, stay organized, and execute consistently during service .

Responsibilities

• Run a station cleanly and efficiently during service

• Execute dishes with consistency and attention to detail

• Maintain organized prep and proper storage standards

• Support overall kitchen flow and teamwork

• Assist with daily prep and station readiness

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in a busy kitchen

• Strong fundamentals and clean work habits

• Able to stay organized and composed under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Takes pride in consistency and execution
