Job Description

As a Client Account Representative , you will serve as an important point of contact between our company and our clients. You will help manage client relationships, understand individual needs, provide solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects the professional standards of Strive Global.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating effectively, solving problems, and developing long-term professional relationships.

You will work alongside a supportive team while gaining hands-on experience in client relations, account management, communication, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding services, questions, and account needs
• Understand client objectives and help identify appropriate solutions
• Provide professional and timely assistance throughout the client experience
• Maintain accurate and organized account information
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding needs
• Collaborate with internal team members to support client accounts
• Assist with account updates, presentations, and client communications
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Represent Strive Global with professionalism and a client-first approach
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
