Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established Dubuque-area company to hire a Maintenance Administrative Assistant!

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support the maintenance department with administrative, payroll, and accounting functions. This is a part-time opportunity (30 hours/week) with flexible daytime hours and the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Schedule and track property inspections
Support daily maintenance operations
Process timesheets, payroll reports, and maintenance billings
Prepare tenant invoices and maintain records
Perform bank reconciliations and track COI renewals
Organize work orders and filing systems
Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of administrative, office, payroll, accounting, or property management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
