General Manager in Training

The position is offered by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s trademarks. Employment decisions are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Description The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role includes collaboration with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a strategic plan to achieve them. Responsibilities The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, supports them in setting and meeting departmental goals, and provides coaching and direction. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant has a qualified and capable team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. Strong background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Minimum age 18 years.
