Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Staff Accountant for our client in Winter Park, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting functions including posting journal entries into general ledger, assisting with month/quarter/year end close, processing invoices and payments, performing bank/credit card reconciliations, providing documentation for auditors, and more
  • Three+ years of full cycle accounting experience required

Skills/Knowledge

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel-VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and QuickBooks Desktop proficiency required
  • Prior accounting software/ERP system knowledge strongly preferred
  • Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
  • $70-80K
