Operations Director

Operations DirectorRees Scientific is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and oversee key operational functions across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance across service operations, warehouse, assembly, inventory management, and related operational teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership experience, a collaborative management style, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Oversee daily operational functions, including service operations, warehouse, assembly, inventory, and distribution activitiesDrive operational efficiency, process improvement, and performance initiativesCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teamsSupport operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource managementDevelop and maintain operational procedures, KPIs, and reporting metricsLead and develop operational teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvementSupport ERP and operational system improvement initiativesQualifications:8+ years of progressive operations leadership experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing cross-functional operational teamsERP system and operational process improvement experience preferredExperience in manufacturing, technical service, regulated, or ISO-compliant environments preferred
