We are seeking a dedicated EP Tech for our medical office. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to join our high‑performing cardiac electrophysiology team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, excellent patient‑care skills, and a passion for supporting cutting‑edge EP procedures that make a life‑changing difference. Key Responsibilities Assist electrophysiologists during EP procedures, including catheter placements, ablations, EP studies, and cardiac device implantations. Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and understanding. Monitor hemodynamic and ECG data in real time, identifying arrhythmias and alerting providers as needed. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced EP lab equipment, including mapping systems, stimulators, and ICE technology. Maintain accurate, timely procedure documentation and uphold all regulatory and safety standards. Support emergency response actions during complications and participate in rapid interventions when required. Collaborate with CCC cardiologists, nurses, anesthesia team, and fellow technologists to ensure smooth procedural flow. Participate in ongoing training and continue to advance skillset as EP technologies evolve. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field required. Preferred certifications: RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start). 1–2 years of EP Lab experience preferred; advanced experience highly valued. Strong ECG interpretation skills and foundational knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient‑care abilities.
