Requirements:

Summary of Functions: As a Systems Analyst you will play a very important role in designing, implementing, and updating MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions and other IT related systems. Also responsible for implementing new and/or modifying existing computer applications and performing analysis in support of company requirements. Participate and facilitate user training in various software applications including NAV & Business Central and support the Help Desk to resolve user issues.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide issue resolution based on in-depth analytical findings. 
• Work with existing staff along with utilizing previous documentation to learn and support our custom enhancements around Navision 2015.
• Prepare for and Manage future Upgrade of Navision 2015 ERP to Business Central.
• Developing new functionalities in MS Dynamics Business Central and integrating with add-ons. 
• Create software development documentation for NAV and Business Central. 
• Collaborate with customers and support staff to ensure projects are developed as per user requirements, on-time and on budget. 
• Provide on-call support. 
• Participate in design and technical meetings. 
• Install, review, test, and train on new and existing computer applications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and meeting of user expectations. 
• Work with Multiple departments to understand legacy data components and processes and mapping the data with appropriate Business Central tables and columns. 
• Hands on involvement with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Tools and methods viz: Object designer, Tables, Forms, Data Ports, Pages, Xml Ports, Queries, Code units, web Services, EDI, SQL, JetReports, Job Scheduler. 

Food Safety Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Comply with GMP’s in the plant.
• Assist in the maintenance of Food Safety and Quality system.

Organizational Relationships:

Position reports to IT Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience with software installation.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central full implementation and support experience required. 
• 7+ years of experience managing application design, software development, and maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing. 
• MS SQL Server experience.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills. 
• Experience using JetReports, MS Power Query, Power BI, or similar 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience required.
