What You'll Do as a Shift Leader:

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your leadership will help create a positive experience for both customers and team members. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Lead and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor food preparation and quality to maintain our high standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during your shift.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a leadership role and has a knack for problem-solving. To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team effectively.
• A customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
