• Pick, pack, and ship service parts to business customers using barcode technology.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and materials from purchase orders.
• Organize and manage warehouse inventory and storage locations using a warehouse management system.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments including TL and LTL freight.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive and distribute incoming packages to internal team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers via email, chat systems, and verbal communication.
• Order and manage warehouse shipping and receiving supplies.
• Perform minor facility maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing repairs or upkeep of building structures as needed.
• Support operational improvements to increase efficiency and workflow.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanners, warehouse management systems, or inventory tracking systems is a plus.
• Basic maintenance knowledge (carpentry, plumbing, or general building upkeep) is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, shipping documents, and correspondence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
