At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. A Team Member is entrusted with caring for our guests and continuously looking for ways to go above and beyond in serving them. As a Chick-fil-A Team Member you will be expected to treat guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect. Excellent communication skills and working together as a team will be needed in order to successfully deliver great food. Being willing to learn and try new things will be necessary in order to meet the needs of the restaurant.

- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
