Elegance in Dentistry is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal charting
• Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and preventive dental care
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans alongside the dentist
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Foster a positive, compassionate experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current local anesthesia certification (preferred, if applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
