Senior Reimbursement Manager

To support innovative Chronic Care products, the full-time remote Senior Reimbursement Manager will manage US reimbursement strategies, engage with government payors, and analyze health policy issues to secure coding, coverage, and payment for Coloplast technologies. Key responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute reimbursement strategies that enhance product value propositions Engage with government payors and stakeholders to influence coverage, coding, and payment decisions Analyze health policy issues and provide insights to shape advocacy efforts and communications Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Medical Device, DME, or managed care sectors Strong understanding of reimbursement processes and payment methodologies, including CPT and HCPCS coding systems Experience in developing payer advocacy campaigns and policy comments Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team Demonstrated relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including payers and healthcare professionals
