Virginia Licensed Senior Accountant

Overseeing accounting and reporting for the Company's investments, the full-time Virginia Licensed Senior Accountant will manage the reconciliation of investment holdings, prepare financial statements, and assist with SEC filings in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Reconcile e-investment holdings and activity to supporting reports and custodial accounts Prepare quarter-end financial reporting packages and schedules, including journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with the Company's SEC filings and participate in budgeting and forecasting projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting required 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting CPA or CPA candidate preferred Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Standards Experience with investment accounting and SEC reporting is a plus
