- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance tasks across manufacturing, warehouse, office, and lab environments
- Complete assigned work orders and PM/RM activities in a timely manner
- Replace filters, light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and support general building upkeep
- Assist HVAC technicians with maintenance and support activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve general facility issues, including doors and basic building systems
- Maintain and inspect safety equipment to ensure compliance and operational readiness
- Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs to the appropriate teams
- Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members and site personnel
- Interact professionally with clients and internal teams while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset
- 2-5 years of maintenance, facilities, or building support experience
- General maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to identify issues and work toward practical solutions independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- OSHA 10 certification
- HVAC experience
- Plumbing experience
- CMMS experience
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or high-safety environments
- Trade school education or applicable certifications
