Our organization is in search of a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full-time basis within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy License in New York State.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Assess residents and create individualized OT treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Select activities that promote residents' ability to perform daily tasks independently.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document residents' progress in occupational therapy through detailed reporting.
• Ensure resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
• Foster a collaborative environment among the healthcare team.
