Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities Provide skilled rehabilitation to patients recovering from injury or chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting. Facilitate functional independence, maintain clinical growth, and deliver high-quality care. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or post‑acute settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapist experience preferred. Experience with restorative programs and documentation in SNF electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Shift: Days.
