The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic Hazel Dell consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients. Private treatment space 1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care Aquatic pool onsite Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations Responsibilities Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR) Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
