Outbound Warehouse Manager

US Foods seeks an Outbound Warehouse Manager to lead nightly shipping operations in our high-volume wholesale foodservice distribution center. You will oversee outbound order fulfillment, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries to restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality customers while maintaining strict food safety and OSHA standards. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling associates, managing WMS-directed picking and loading, optimizing dock and trailer utilization, tracking productivity KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with transportation, inventory, and sales teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on safety, integrity, and customer service excellence.
