Job Summary The Lot Attendant accurately collects and reconciles revenue and parking reports while delivering exceptional hospitality services to all guests. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles, enforcing parking policies, and maintaining high customer service standards. Essential Functions Greet guests promptly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Provide guests with directions, information about attractions, and daily events. Stack and retrieve vehicles safely using Towne Park parking standards. Secure guest keys, handle claim checks, and maintain guest folio archives. Collect revenue, issue receipts, and reconcile ticket intake for audit purposes. Operate parking equipment (register, gate, POS, credit card machine). Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license, clean driving record. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. One to three months of related experience or training. Customer service experience preferred; experience operating a register or computer. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, perform parallel parking, read and write standard English, and perform basic arithmetic. Ability to understand 24‑hour time, rates, and operate under specific operational instructions. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay: $16.00 per hour. Full‑time schedule: Thursday through Sunday shifts. Eligible for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine insurance. Eligible for the company 401(k) retirement savings plan (subject to length of employment and hours worked). Work Conditions & Physical Demands Work is primarily outdoors; exposure to extreme heat and cold. Requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. May travel up to 5% of time. Work environment includes call signs, loud noises, and weather conditions.
