El cocinero de alimentos preparados preparar y cocinar productos de delicatessen/panadera de calidad segn las indicaciones del Gerente del Departamento. Es responsable de aumentar la confianza y lealtad del cliente brindndole un servicio corts y rpido, condiciones operativas consistentes y una atmsfera amigable.
Tareas
Cualificaciones mnimas: debe tener 18 aos de edad. Ttulo de bachillerato o equivalente. Cumplimiento de todas las polticas y procedimientos de la empresa. Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar ingls con fluidez. Capacidad para comprender y seguir instrucciones en ingls. Autorizacin para trabajar en Estados Unidos o capacidad para obtener la misma. Finalizacin exitosa de pruebas de drogas y verificacin de antecedentes previas al empleo. Calificaciones preferidas - Alto nivel de integridad y confiabilidad.

- Proporcionar atencin continua a las necesidades del cliente; saludar, ayudar y agradecer a los clientes de manera rpida, corts y amigable. - Disponer, preparar, porcionar y cocinar los alimentos segn las especificaciones de la empresa. - Comprender el funcionamiento adecuado de la freidora, estufa y asador de pollos - Desinfectar la estacin de trabajo y el equipo, incluidas las freidoras de pollo, asador, caja caliente, estufa y utensilios - Ofrecer sugerencias de productos cuando sea apropiado. - Almacenar y rotar productos departamentales para garantizar la frescura y el control de fechas; reabastecer y utilizar los suministros de manera eficiente para eliminar el desperdicio y mantener el costo de suministro ms bajo. - Operar equipos y herramientas del departamento, incluida bscula e impresora, caja registradora. - Comprender y seguir las variedades diarias requeridas, la comercializacin del color de las cajas, los tiempos de preparacin y las pautas de vida til. - Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia, ordenada y libre de riesgos para la seguridad; informar a la gerencia sobre equipos defectuosos y peligros. - Vigilar la temperatura de los alimentos. - Cambiar recipientes, utilizar la gua de produccin de barras calientes, preparar el producto para exhibicin de autoservicio, descomponer las cajas calientes y monitorear el control de porciones. - Registrar estadsticas del cuadro de seguimiento de alimentos calientes - Notificar a la gerencia sobre robos de asociados, robos de clientes, rebajas no autorizadas, deterioro de la propiedad o cualquier accin que sea ilegal y/o contra la empresa - Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo que se le asignen.
