Dover Corporation is seeking a New Product Development / Design to Value Engineer in Keosauqua, IA. This role focuses on leading projects for refrigerated merchandisers, managing projects from inception through to completion, and supporting innovative solutions within product specifications. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC, and proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.
