Wealth Management Advisor

Three Arch Wealth Management is a fee only fiduciary RIA based in Irvine, California. We serve pre retirees, retirees, high net worth individuals, and tech employees with equity compensation, with a $500,000 minimum in investable assets. We are a growing, client centered firm looking for talented advisors who share our commitment to evidence based investing and genuine fiduciary care. This role is based out of our Irvine, CA office with a hybrid remote schedule. Compensation: $75,000 to $250,000, based on experience and performance The Role We are looking for a Wealth Management Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor to deepen their technical expertise, build lasting client relationships, and grow within a firm that values thoughtful, personalized planning over sales targets. What You'll Do Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans covering retirement income, tax strategy, investment allocation, and equity compensation Prepare client meeting materials, financial plans, and portfolio reviews Conduct client meetings independently and alongside senior advisors as your experience grows Analyze client portfolios and recommend adjustments aligned with The Three Arch Approach Support clients navigating equity compensation, including RSUs, ISOs, ESPPs, and NQSOs Respond to client questions with timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with SEC and fiduciary standards Participate in ongoing planning discussions, case reviews, and firm strategy sessions Experience CFP designation, or actively pursuing CFP certification 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management Strong technical knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, and tax strategy Familiarity with equity compensation planning is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to client centered, fiduciary advice Proficiency with financial planning software and portfolio management platforms Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance based incentives 401(k) with employer match Support for continuing education and professional designations A collaborative, growth oriented team culture A clear path for advancement within the firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Three Arch Wealth Management
