Role: Safety and Occupational Health Specialist responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health compliance within a complex medical environment. Key Duties Conducts safety inspections, identifies hazards, and implements safety programs; provides training and guidance on occupational health standards; investigates incidents and recommends corrective actions; maintains safety documentation and reports; collaborates with staff to promote a safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of safety regulations and occupational health standards; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills; ability to assess hazards and develop safety protocols; experience in safety program implementation and incident investigation.
