Treasury Sales Client Officer II - Global Payment Solutions Private Bank

Role Overview Treasury Sales Client Officer (TSCO) is responsible for delivering integrated treasury solutions to Private Bank clients. The TSCO partners closely with client‑facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client. Key Responsibilities Actively manage and pursue treasury revenue streams while increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio. Consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise to meet clients’ objectives. Manage day‑to‑day relationships with clients, retaining and growing existing revenue. Seek opportunities to deepen solutions per relationship and manage pricing & profitability. Coordinate regular relationship review meetings with the client team and identify process efficiencies, improvements and industry initiatives. Work regularly with partners on fulfillment requests and direct phone/web‑based client calling within the Private Bank GPS Division. Serve as a key client‑facing resource, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centric mindset. Drive revenue and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting clients with strategic and tactical needs. Develop data‑driven insights and presentations for clients, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital and digitize payments/receipts. Participate in the Client Management Process, focusing on client relationship development and account/portfolio business reviews. Ensure service and fulfillment requests are directed to relevant teams, respond to all client and partner requests in a timely manner, and keep stakeholders informed. Maintain pricing for clients, ensure billing of all products and services, manage client escalations and keep the internal team updated. Identify cross‑sell opportunities through account analysis and regular client interaction. Protect and grow revenue by managing client escalations and internal team communication. Required Qualifications 3 years of prior treasury sales experience. Product and financial acumen. Ability to influence people internally and externally with expert verbal and written communication, including strong presentation skills. Proficiency in reading data to identify trends and opportunities. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services. Adherence to risk guidelines to manage and elevate risk responsibly. Passionate curiosity, knowledge of the bank network, and effective business partnering. Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Private Bank and Ultra High Net Worth client base. B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree.
