Pay : $85 - $115.00 / hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• As a Lighthouse BCBA, you aren't just managing cases; you are empowering families. You'll get to:

• Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child's unique world.

• Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated RBTs/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier de-escalation techniques.

• Pivot with Data: Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.

• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.

What We're Looking For:

• The Credentials: Master's Degree in ABA (or related field) + a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let's talk!).

• The Experience: You love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Fresh Grads Welcome! If you just passed the exam, don't be shy. If you have the passion, our clinical team has the mentorship to match.

How many open positions are there?
As many as we can hire :) - We'd love to hire at least 4 BCBAs to start with in different parts of NC (Charlotte, Fayetteville, Apex, Raleigh)

Are you open to hiring new graduates? If not, what is the minimum experience required?
Yes - we love new graduates

What is the typical schedule, and are there any on-call or weekend requirements?
The typical schedule is generally after school hours (3pm - 8pm). Some cases may have weekend hours. It is a case by case basis.

Is there a shift differential for nights, weekends, or on-call coverage?
NO

Do you offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance?
Yes - there is a $1000 sign on bonus after being with us on active cases for 6 months. We also offer mileage reimbursement

What is the compensation range for this position?
$85 - $115.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Are there any specific certifications, licenses, or specialty experience requirements?
Candidates need active BCBA certification and NC LBA certification

How soon are you looking to have the candidate start?
We would love them to start immediately

What caseload or patient volume should the candidate expect per day?
There is no required caseload so its really up to the candidate how much they want to take on

What does the interview process look like, and how many rounds are involved?
The interview process would be you vetting them, and then setting them up for an interview with me. After that interview I would discuss internally and if all looks good we would be open to hiring

How quickly can we expect feedback after a candidate interview?
You can expect feedback within 24 hrs.

Could you please outline the benefits package offered for this role?
BCBAs work on a 1099 so we value flexibility - we don't enforce a case load or scheduling when they must be available - only on the cases they choose to pick up. We offer a $1000 sign on bonus after providing services for 6 months. We offer mileage reimbursement. We offer high hourly rates ($85-$115 dependant on experience). We offer reimbursment for NC LBA costs. We supply you with a membership to take your CEUs through us so your certification is up to date. We have a super strong clinical team - great for new grads!
