PST Specialist
$23 - $33 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Mountain View patient service center to perform blood collections, process specimens, and maintain accurate patient records. The role operates Monday-Friday with potential weekend shifts and requires a California phlebotomy license.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all patient age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
- Process billing information and collect payments as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service and perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California state phlebotomy license
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime and attend 2-week training
Compensation: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
