Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities Work one‑on‑one with clients to create personalized insurance and financial solutions. Qualifications & Training No finance background? No problem—sales, service, or people‑facing experience is a big plus. First step: receive coverage of Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales representative business. Prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam*, including coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion. Receive award‑winning mentorship and training programs that support growth into sales leadership and wealth management. Get income support to get you started on top of commissions and bonuses.
