Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership to join our Orlando clinic. This is more than a clinical role — we're looking for a nurse ready to take ownership of clinic operations over time, with a defined path toward becoming the full-time Office Manager. The ideal candidate is accustomed to medical leadership, preferably with a background as a charge nurse, and thrives on mentoring teams, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You'll begin in a hands-on clinical capacity while progressively taking on operational and leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Clinical Deliver direct patient care, including injections, IV therapy, phlebotomy, and assisting providers with in-office treatments and procedures. Take and record vital signs and maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR). Educate patients on treatment protocols, including proper, safe, and sterile technique for medication reconstitution and self-administration. Fulfill medication orders to pharmacies after provider review and signature. Ensure examination rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for each patient. Adhere to all medical and safety protocols to ensure high-quality patient care. Leadership & Operations Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to medical assistants and support staff. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and workflow coordination. Monitor compliance with medical regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborate with providers and corporate staff to optimize service delivery and patient satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency. Progressively assume office management duties, including inventory oversight, reporting, and daily operations, with the goal of transitioning into the full-time Office Manager role. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (required). 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical spa, wellness, or outpatient clinic setting. Prior experience in a medical leadership role; charge nurse experience strongly preferred. Interest in growing into clinic management and operations leadership. Confident performing injections, IV therapy, and phlebotomy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting. Experience with EMR systems and clinic management software is a plus. Experience in hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, or medical weight loss is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
