Gary Crossley Ford is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This is a union position , offering excellent benefits, job security, and opportunities for career growth. We're a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and employee satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and multi-point inspections
Communicate with service advisors and team members to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with union and dealership standards
ASE Certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Prior experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience a plus)
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods
Commitment to union values and a team-oriented work environment
