Job Description A Broadcom Proxy/DLP Engineer is responsible for managing and modernizing secure web gateway infrastructure, including migrating legacy on‑prem proxy environments into hybrid cloud or COLO architectures while maintaining seamless traffic flow, authentication, and SSL inspection. They integrate and tune Broadcom/Symantec DLP to monitor and prevent sensitive data loss across web, endpoint, and cloud channels, and they leverage Ansible, Python, and PowerShell to automate policy deployments, configuration management, health checks, and incident workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Top Skills Broadcom Proxy – Proxy engineer uses the platform daily to inspect, filter, and control outbound web traffic, ensuring users and applications follow security and compliance policies.
