Join a busy, vibrant outpatient physiotherapy clinic led by a physiotherapist owner, providing individualized care through one-on-one sessions throughout the day. The staff Physical Therapist will treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports rehabilitation needs, and a mixed outpatient caseload through a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient-centered clinical care. The clinic includes an on-site Pilates studio, provides mentorship with the clinic owner and continuing education support, and offers paid time off and medical benefits with salary based on experience. Fully licensed Physical Therapists are preferred; PTLA candidates will be considered.

 

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and assess treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
• Coordinate patient care through the integrated scheduling and records platform.
• Provide dedicated one-on-one care throughout the day.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in physical therapy.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• State physical therapist license.
• PTLA eligibility accepted
• Skills in manual therapy preferred, but will teach.
• Experience with clinical documentation and care planning.
• Strong patient education, clinical reasoning, communication, and time-management skills.
