Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Setting

Location: Lane County, Oregon (Eugene, Springfield & surrounding rural communities)

Pay Rate: $68/hour

We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year across beautiful Lane County, Oregon . This is a unique opportunity to work in a mix of Eugene/Springfield metro schools and nearby rural districts , giving you flexibility in your preferred setting.

Opportunities are available for both:

• Life Skills programs in Eugene/Springfield

• Rural school districts throughout Lane County (such as Marcola, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas)

Some roles may involve supporting multiple school sites during the week, offering variety in your day-to-day experience.

?? Position Details

• Start Date: August 24, 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

• Contract Length: 9 months (school year)

• Time Off: School holidays and breaks off

????? Role Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide speech and language therapy services

• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with care plans and guidelines

• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student success

? Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon

• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment)

• Knowledge of professional standards and best practices

• Ability to work with diverse student populations

• Comfortable working in a range of school environments, including Life Skills classrooms

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
