From daily oyster selections and crisp wine pairings to casual bites and comforting coastal dishes, Skipjack offers a fresh take on the raw bar experience in a vibrant, reimagined space at The Westin Austin Downtown.We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead the ongoing operations of Skipjack Oyster.
