Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

About Adept Auto Repair
Adept Auto Repair is seeking Automotive Technicians of all experience levels in Madison, AL. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers a flat-rate pay structure with earning potential up to $125,000+ annually. Technicians work in a climate-controlled, well-equipped shop focused on craftsmanship, quality repairs, structured processes, and continued skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform automotive maintenance and complex repairs
- Work collaboratively with the technician and service teams
- Follow structured shop processes
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Complete quality repairs with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Automotive repair experience at any level
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills appropriate to experience level
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
- Ability to remain steady under pressure
- Commitment to learning and continued improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional shop environment
